Your license code

  • Applies tobdaw-wp-suite

When we approve your account, it is given a license code for each product family you use. The code says which family it is for, so it can always be traced to the right products.

What a code looks like

bdaw-wp-7K2M9QXH4TRP8WZC3NVBQ
  • bdaw-wp- — WordPress plugins and themes. Other families are named the same way: bdaw-win- (Windows apps), bdaw-ios- (iPhone apps), bdaw-kit- (kits).
  • Then 21 letters and numbers. There is no I, L, O or U, so nothing is mistaken for a 1 or a 0; the last character checks the rest, so a mistyped code is caught at once.
  • Case, spaces and dashes inside the code do not matter.

Where to find it

Sign in and open your Account page. Your code is under Your license code, with a Copy button, and the number of sites on it.

Connect a WordPress site with it

  1. On the site, install and activate BDAW WP Suite.
  2. Open BDAW WP Suite → Connection. Paste the code under Paste your license code; the repository is already bdaw.com.
  3. Choose Connect with this code.

One code serves every site you run; each site still gets its own key, so one site can be disconnected without touching the others. The site keeps the code sealed, shows only its last four characters, and sends it with every request to this repository — never anywhere else.

Keep it to yourself

Whoever has your code can connect sites to your account. We never put it in an email. If it has been shared, open a ticket: we revoke it and issue a new one. Every site on the old code then stops updating until you paste the new one under BDAW WP Suite → Connection.
