- Contact records: name, email address, phone number, organization, role, postal address and correspondence notes.
- Orders and payments: name, email address, company, phone number, billing address, order details, raffle entries and payment references.
- Event tickets: ticket holder name, email address and check-in time.
- Access requests: name, email address, organization, role, reason for the request and messages.
- Software licenses: account details, licensed site addresses, support requests and activity records.
- Projects: member names, titles, organizations, posts, files and invitations.
- Calls and text messages: phone number, name, email address, message content, call details, voicemail recordings and text consent (time, page and wording shown).
- Email delivery records: masked recipient address and subject line.
- Visit counts: page views and daily visitor totals. No cookie is set and no IP address is stored; visitors are told apart for one day by a code that is discarded each day.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type and requested address, kept by the hosting provider for security and operation.

- Phone service (VBX and Twilio): places calls and delivers text messages; receives phone numbers, message content and call recordings.
- Zippopotam.us: postal code lookup; receives the postal code typed into a form.
Text Messaging
Text messages are sent only to people who request them or ask for a reply by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; the phone service above receives them only to deliver messages.

- Orders and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Other records: while needed for the purposes above, then deleted.
Your Rights
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to a data protection authority.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections, access controls and limited retention. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
