These Terms of Service govern use of bdaw.com, operated by UnLimited eXchange International, Inc. (“we”). Using the site means accepting these terms.
Use of the Site
The site may be used only for lawful purposes. Users may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, collect other users’ information or send unsolicited messages through it.
Accounts
Account holders keep their sign-in details confidential and are responsible for activity under their accounts. Access is personal and may not be shared. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or closed.
Purchases
Prices, taxes and fees are shown before payment. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the terms shown with the item and otherwise are at our discretion, except where law requires them. Donations are final unless made in error. Raffle entries are subject to the rules published with each raffle.
Event Tickets
A ticket admits its holder to the event named on it and is valid for one entry. Event details may change. If an event is canceled, ticket holders are notified at the email address given with the ticket.
Software Licenses
Each license covers one product or bundle on one site for the term shown. A license may not be used on another site without approval and may be revoked for breach of these terms. Software is provided under the license included with it.
Text Messaging
By opting in, a person agrees to receive text messages from UnLimited eXchange International, Inc. for the purpose stated where they opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Intellectual Property
Site content, names and logos belong to UnLimited eXchange International, Inc. or its licensors. Content may be viewed and shared for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Any other use requires written permission.
User Content
People who submit content keep ownership of it and grant UnLimited eXchange International, Inc. a non-exclusive license to store, display and use it to operate the site. Submitted content must not be unlawful, infringing or misleading. We may remove any content.
Third-Party Services
The site links to or uses services operated by others. Their terms govern their services, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, UnLimited eXchange International, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from use of the site. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to UnLimited eXchange International, Inc. for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify UnLimited eXchange International, Inc. against claims arising from their breach of these terms or misuse of the site.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts located there.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when posted. The date at the top shows the current version.
